Frankie J. Smith

Frankie J. Smith began his career in residential real estate in 2007, after transitioning from his move from the East Coast to Southern California. Frankie’s strength in real estate results from leveraging his experience as a successful entrepreneur. Frankie was the founder and managing partner of two boutique investment family offices The Gervasio Group and Carmella Capital as well as founder/owner of an import/export food distribution company focused on the Asian Markets.

Frankie has worked both in the public and private capital markets with a very diverse 15 year background focused on Sports Properties, Feature Films, Organic Food Distribution and Real Estate. Frankie brings a wealth of high net-worth personal relationships and experience in the luxury market.

He is known for his loyalty, outstanding client service, 24/7 availability, personal touches and as a skilled negotiator with his client’s best interests at heart. His loyalty, attention to detail and relationship equity is driven by strong alliances and the ability to execute strategic deals. Frankie believes in giving back and is particularly passionate about families in need. As a childhood cancer survivor, he serves as an active member of the Council of Advisors for Miracles For Kids, a non-profit dedicated to helping terminally ill children and their families. When he visits his family in Philadelphia he enjoys spending time on his working ranch in York, Maine. Frankie holds a Bachelor of Science double major in International Business and Marketing from Penn State University and completed his graduate work at Maastricht University, the Netherlands.

Kimberly Church
